Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love your bed. If you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

 

Items must be in original, clean condition. To start a return, email support@nuzzlenest.shop with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

 

Damaged or wrong item? Send a photo to support@nuzzlenest.shop and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed.
